We carry the products a property manager actually orders — from T-200 sheeting and ring-spun terry to mattress pads, duvet covers, in-room amenities, can liners, vacuums, and front-of-house safety supplies. The catalog spans eight product groups, all on a single account, single PO, and single point of contact.
Most of our textiles are developed specifically for institutional use: sized for commercial laundries, finished to resist pilling and fading, and tested across realistic wash-cycle counts before they are listed. The goal is simple — products that look right on opening day and still look right two years in.
Our customers are wholesalers, distributors, hotel chains, management groups, individually-owned properties, athletic clubs, day spas, resorts, healthcare facilities, and the commercial laundries that service them. We do not sell to consumers.
Most accounts run on Net-30 terms with stocking programs tailored to the property’s par levels. We ship from multiple warehouses, drop-ship direct to property when it makes sense, and maintain inventory on flagship lines so you are not waiting on a container.
If a sheet is rated T-200, it is woven to T-200 — not weighed-in with sizing that washes out by the third cycle.
Hospitality runs on turn-down schedules. Our promise dates are conservative on purpose, so they hold.
